This newest machine is developed for cutting and processing of tinned copper strip specially used for solar PV Bus bar. It is equipped with advanced stepping motor & import PU material conveying roller. It covers the functions like high cutting precision of tinned copper strip, straight material surface, smooth kerf and automatic counting . Its function and cutting efficiency reach the advanced international level. 
§ Two sets of conveyor roller is designed to have a higher machining precision and speed,more stable operation;
§ Welding with cutting process, the unique protective treatment effectively reduce the friction on the surface of the weld zone, fully retain the original gloss of tin coating, effectively avoid the relevant friction resulted by the PV ribbon’s blackening phenomenon .
§ The machine has wide effective cutting width, so its capacity has been increased greatly.
§ It can be fit to solar pv ribbon manufacturers and large photovoltaic module factories.
